The coating process includes cleaning, sandblasting, zinc spraying, painting and post-treatment. After sandblasting, the surface cleanness of the casting can reach Sa3 according to ISO8501-1, and the surface roughness grade is "Rough (G)" according to ISO8503-1. We can apply coating up to the C5-M High grade according to ISO12944-2, and the average result of our paint film adhesion test is ≥5.5Mpa. We can produce according to customer requirements.
